The College would like to announce a new benefit for our full-time employees and eligible dependents. The benefit is an EAP/Employee Assistance Program.
What is an Employee Assistance Program?
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential counseling and personal assistance program, provided under contract through New Directions. EAP services are provided at no charge to full-time college employees and eligible dependents.
The goal of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is to help you restore your balance. We know that you can achieve your goals through the right information and short-term counseling. Referrals to legal, financial, child and elder care resources give you even more resources to keep work and life balanced. Keep in mind that services are free and confidential. No one will know you’ve called the EAP.
