Posted by Craig Dusek on 29 January 2007 10:40 PM
After contribute is open, click “Edit”, then choose “My Connections”.

A dialog box will pop up, and in the middle is a list of websites you have access to. Choose and highlight the one you wish to change by clicking on the name of the website.

Next, press the Edit button on the top of the window.

Change the web address (URL) of the website to http://personal.sccc.edu/[login.name]

Press the “Next >” button at the bottom of the window.

The top question of the window should now read “How do you connect to your website?”

Change this Drop Down menu to Local/Network.

The next question should now read “What is the network path to your website?”
Press the “Choose” button.
Left-Click on the “My Computer” icon on the left.
Highlight the “Q:” drive
Press “Open” button at the bottom of the screen.
Press “Select” button at the bottom of the screen.

Press the “Next >” button at the bottom of the window.

-IF- for some reason it says it cannot verify the network path, you will have to create a new connection.

Cancel out of the previous operation, and when at the “My Connections” window press the “Create” button.
Enter the information as prompted, using the above information as a reference guide (creating a new connection is virtually identical to editing an old one).

After you finish editing/creating your connection, you should be able to edit your web page!
