Save a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint document as a PDF

Faculty and staff using MS Office 2007 should take advantage of a new tool available through Microsoft. Now 2007 users can save Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents as a PDF document. This capability allows for easier access by viewers, easier printing by students in WebCT courses, and less chance of modifications to the original document. YES, you do need to run this application as an administrator, but you only have to install it once.
