I cannot access the Portal page located at https://my.sccc.edu

This issue seems to show up with Internet Explorer  version 6.  The solution is to allow "SSL 2" connections.  To enable or check the status of this feature please follow these steps within the Internet Explorer browser:
1.   Click on the "Tools" menu item.
2.   Click on "Internet Options" menu item.
3.   Click on "Advanced" tab.
4.   Scroll down within this window until you see a checkbox named "Use SSL 2.0".  This checkbox will be very close to the bottom of the window.
5.   Check the "Use SSL 2.0" checkbox.
6.   Click the "Apply" button.
7.   Click the "OK" button.
8.   Exit and Restart the Internet Explorer application.
9.   Surf to "https://my.sccc.edu" and verify you do indeed receive the portal login page.
